Estimates and Additional Services
Initial service estimates are based on the information available at the time of booking. Upon inspection, additional services may be recommended if conditions such as mold, mildew, excessive debris buildup, restricted access, damaged components, blower contamination, coil contamination, or other issues are discovered.
Any additional services will be explained to the customer and performed only with the customer’s approval.
All Sales Are Final
Once the service has been completed and payment has been collected by EcoGreen Air Duct Cleaning, all sales are final and are not subject to changes, credits, or refunds.
Air Duct Cleaning Services
Standard air duct cleaning services are performed according to the package selected at the time of booking.
Additional services, including but not limited to the treatment or removal of:
- Mold or microbial growth
- Mildew
- Heavily contaminated returns and intakes
- Evaporator coils
- Blower assemblies
- HVAC sanitizing treatments
- Deodorizing treatments
may require an additional charge and are not included unless specifically stated in writing.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Standard dryer vent cleaning services include dryer vent runs up to 6 feet in length.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Longer vent runs
- Roof access
- Bird nest removal
- Booster fan cleaning
- Restricted access conditions
Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work begins.
Access to Property
Customers agree to provide technicians with safe and reasonable access to HVAC equipment, air ducts, vents, dryer vents, and related service areas necessary to complete the requested services.
EcoGreen Air Duct Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if unsafe working conditions exist.
Limitation of Liability
EcoGreen Air Duct Cleaning is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage;
- Hidden defects;
- Mechanical failures unrelated to the services provided;
- Conditions that could not reasonably be identified before or during the inspection process.
Warranties
Any warranty offered by EcoGreen Air Duct Cleaning applies only to the specific services described in writing at the time of purchase and is subject to the terms of that warranty.
Privacy and Communication
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or obtained by any third parties.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Customers must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
A $79 cancellation fee may be charged for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice to help cover technician travel expenses, preparation, scheduling, and lost appointment time.
